A man was caught committing a lewd act inside a public utility jeep in Albay.

In a cellphone video, he was initially seen acting like a regular passenger.

Suddenly, he pulled his private part out of his shorts and remained in that indecent act for several minutes, shocking the female student seated in front of him.

Unaware of the situation, the man did not realize that the female victim had already been recording him while he was engaging in the lewd act.

According to the victim who uploaded the video on her Facebook account, she was on her way to school when the incident happened.

"Medyo okay naman po ako pero natatakot lang po talaga akong mag-isa umuwi or magbiyahe," said Catherine Lee Medrano in an interview with TV 5's 'Frontline Pilipinas.'

As it turned out, Medrano wasn't the first and last victim of the man. A couple of videos surfaced the internet showing the same man and doing the same perversive act inside the jeep.

Medrano and the other victims of the man are now in talks whether they would file a complaint against the man or not.

The MSWD office of Camalig, Albay will be coordinating with the PNP to know the identity of the man.

According to a report by Bea Pinlac in GMA 7's 'Unang Balita,' residents of the area have been complaining about the foul odor coming from it. When police authorities came to inspect what was inside the suitcase, they found a bloated body of a minor girl. According to the police, the body was in fetal position, clothes were intact, but wounds were found on her body.
