A man from Sta. Barbara, Iloilo was shot multiple times and killed by his live-in partner’s ex.
According to a report on GMA 7's 'Balitanghali,' the victim, given the alias "Nono," died after being hit by eight gunshots in different parts of his body.
His partner, known as "Maymay," said Nono and her ex had a calm conversation at their house before the incident.
Suddenly, the suspect pulled out a gun and shot Nono without warning.

CCTV footage showed the victim running for his life and the suspect chasing him.
It was no longer caught on camera but the suspect reportedly caught up to the victim and shot him again multiple times before fleeing from the crime scene.
According to Maymay the suspect even told her new partner that he had no bad blood and he completely accepted their new relationship as partners.
The suspect also said he's fine as long as they will love their kids and allow him to see them regularly.
However, the suspect's sibling said the motive of the shooting could be allegedly about the absence of proper closure between the suspect and Maymay.
The victim's family wanted to file legal charges against the suspect who is still at large.
