According to the police authorities, the owner of the establishment wasn't present when they arrived.
They will invite the owner of the establishment to determine the individuals responsible in the said dangerous scheme of repacking and reselling the expired goods.

In another viral local report, Senior Master Sergeant Teejay Virtucio has been disarmed by the Philippine National Police for allegedly taking advantage of a cockfighting teller that's allegedly owned by Virtucio.
