Rider, pinapapirma umano ng SUV driver na nakabangga sa kanya ng "quitclaim" para di na maghabol pa

In a report by Joseph Morong in '24-Oras,' the rider, Samuel Del Rosario said that he asked the SUV driver P50,000 for settlement. However, the SUV driver didn't agree to it.
“Ayaw nila. Binibigyan lang nila ako ng P15,000. Pinapapirma na po kami ng quitclaim…Never po nila sinabi nila, according sa barangay na kapag pinirmahan ko po ‘yun, wala na akong habol,” the rider said.
Meanwhile, the LTO advised Del Rosario to file a criminal complaint at the police station.

Afterwards, the killed businessman was put inside a water drum, and buried in San Jose Del Monte. It's the same kidnap-slay crime committed against Ruby Rose Barrameda in 2007 and as it turned out, the alleged mastermind behind the two crimes was believed to be the same person.
