A telco user by the alias of "Celia" sought the help of Kapuso Action Man after she overpaid a utility company to the tune of almost a hundred fold of her actual bill.

When Celia realized her mistake, she immediately reached out to the telco but her messages seemed to be unanswered.
Upon seeking the help of KAM, the latter reached out to the telco, and fortunately, it responded.
In a letter, the telco said that they have already started the processing of the refund.
