A dashcam captured a cyclist going against the flow of traffic on the North Luzon Expressway.
An NLEX patrol officer chased the cyclist since it was not only illegal but also extremely dangerous.
In a phone interview by GMA 7's 'State of the Nation, Robin Ignacio, head of the NLEX Traffic Operations Department, the cyclist didn’t stop right away when the officer flagged him down.
They added that the cyclist seemed distracted and unaware he was on an expressway, claiming he had simply lost his way.

The cyclist was eventually taken out of the expressway and was freed by the NLEX officers.
