CCTV footage showed another man wearing a cap approaching him and sneaking into his pocket while he slept on cardboard.

Investigators revealed that the money was meant to buy fish.

In a report by 'Unang Balita,' the victim said he fell asleep while waiting for the fish delivery.

They believed the suspect knew the victim, and he knew he was carrying such an amount of money.
