A Pinoy couple in Altadena, California, Mike and Sharon Ulanday, lost their home to the California wildfire.

In an interview with ABS-CBN, the couple turned emotional as they narrated how they lost everything.

They also have three kids whom they try to comfort, especially that one kept on saying that he already wanted to go home.

For now, they are staying at a hotel, but they only have lodging until next Wednesday and after that, they said that everything is uncertain.

As of now, they make sure to visit donation centers but even that becomes a burden, especially that they are not used to asking from others.

Meanwhile, a man was arrested after he stole a crown that belongs to a statue of Mama Mary from the church. According to the GMA Regional TV, the suspect also took the chalice and the money from the donation box. He also said that he was tasked by Mama Mary to do what he did. It was later found that the suspect already had previous records.
