Ala Cinco Staycation, an Airbnb business at Azure Urban Resort Residences in Parañaque City, took to social media to air its dismay over "unacceptable condition" of their units left by some guests.
On its Facebook page, the accommodation for rent posted a kind reminder to its renters.
"This is a reminder to all our valued guests. The state you leave our units in reflects not just your respect for the property but also the kind of person you are. Unfortunately, some recent guests have left our units in an unacceptable condition, as shown in the photos and videos below."
It stressed that the property "is not a hotel" but a "condominium resort" that has existing house rules.

"Azure is NOT a hotel. It is a condominium resort with house rules that must be followed. This behavior is not only disrespectful to the property but also to those who maintain it for your comfort and enjoyment."
Furthermore, the Airbnb host urged its values guest to put some effort to do a little tidy up before leaving.
"We were only hoping that you could've at least cleaned up a bit before leaving. You don't need to restore the unit to how it was when you arrived, but a little effort to tidy up would go a long way."
"Let's work together to maintain the quality and cleanliness of Azure," it also noted before expressing gratitude to those who continue to show respect for their units.
