A traffic enforcer was almost ran down by a motorist who did not stop after having been flagged down due to an alleged traffic violation.

In GMA News, the enforcer wanted to issue a ticket, which was why he kept on blocking the car.

The enforcer was already on the hood of the vehicle, but the driver just kept on, showing no intention to stop.

Eventually, the driver escaped.

In another viral local report, a businessman kidnapped in Quezon City was found dead in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. Afterwards, the killed businessman was put inside a water drum and buried in San Jose Del Monte. It's the same kidnap-slay crime committed against Ruby Rose Barrameda in 2007 ,and as it turned out, the alleged mastermind behind the two crimes was believed to be the same person.
