Suddenly, he lost his balance and fell off the truck.
Tragically, an incoming trailer truck hit him and ran over his body.
The man died on the spot, while his wife was left devastated, having witnessed the heartbreaking accident happen right before her eyes.

In a report by GMA 7's 'Balitanghali, 'the barangay officials were looking at it as an accident. However, the truck driver should've helped the victim instead of fleeing from the scene.
