Animal lovers grew concerned over a video of a cat being tied at the back of a motorcycle and dragged while traversing a road in Malasiqui, Pangasinan.
Based on the report of "24 Oras Weekend" of GMA News, "Ken," the one who saw the incident took a video and he could be heard telling the driver to stop, but the latter did not.
In the video, one could hear the driver saying that he would be throwing the cat.
Ken said that one must not do such a thing to a cat.

"Napaka-cruel... purposely talaga. Apparently, very clear na ito [ang pusa] ay kaniyang tinorture o tino-torture at that time so it's really super unacceptable. Napakasakit sa puso panoorin," said Atty. Heidi Caguioa, Animal Kingdom Foundation program director.
