The second most wanted person of Sampaloc Manila Police was caught in a fast-food restaurant in Tondo.

She faces 23 arrest warrants for estafa and one for illegal recruitment.

Reports say her scheme involved offering fake overseas jobs and running an investment scam.

After her arrest, she was taken to a hospital due to breathing problems, but even there, she tried to trick people by giving three bounced checks as payment for her hospital bill.

One of her victims, a teacher, was encouraged to invest in a fuel trucking business where she was given a promise of 20% income for only 15 days.
