A tricycle driver and vendor from Tondo, Manila, was shot and killed by men on a motorcycle.

Reports say the victim was on his way to Divisoria to start his work as a driver when the attackers approached him.

In an interview with 'Frontline Pilipinas Weekend,' the victim's sister said it might have been a case of 'mistaken identity,' which a barangay officer also agreed with.

The SUV driver admitted he fell asleep because of exhaustion, he will be facing multiple complaints because of the incident.
