A witness to the stabbing of an estranged husband of his wife inside a modern jeep in Cebu died.

The witness was one of the passengers who saw the stabbing incident.

According to Balitambayan of GMA News, the witness had a heart attack.

The victim, a 42-year-old woman in Cebu died from six stab wounds.

According to Cebu Daily News, the victim was residing in Brgy. Bankal, while the suspect resides in Brgy. Maribago.

Authorities revealed that the victim and the suspect have already been separated for 12 years but the latter allegedly still kept on following his wife.

According to reports, the victim and its parents were on their way to San Fernando, Cebu, to ask for Christmas presents. However, they were struck by an SUV, killing the kid and injuring the parents. The SUV driver admitted he fell asleep because of exhaustion, he will be facing multiple complaints because of the incident.
