A newborn baby girl was left abandoned in a cropland in Ragay, Camarines Sur.
In a report by GMA 7's '24 Oras,' the baby was found near a train railway.
It was also raining when the baby was discovered and rescued.
The baby girl is now under the care and protection of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office in Ragay, Camarines Sur.

As of now, authorities are investigating the identity of the individual/s involved in the incident.
