A 22-wheeler dump truck allegedly made an illegal lane cut from the northbound to the southbound lane.

The accident occurred in the southbound lane of C5 in Barangay Pinagsama, Taguig City.

The truck collided with two SUVs and a motorcycle, killing the driver of one SUV and injuring two others.

The SUV driver died after a head-on collision with the truck, whose driver allegedly tried to flee the scene.

However, a construction worker saw them and called them out; that's when they tried to flee from the scene and jumped into a creek.
