Two groups of young people, about 20 minors in total, were involved in what the barangay chairman described as a "riot" or "gang war."
It was reported that the children had just come from attending 'Simbang Gabi.'
In a report in GMA 7's '24 Oras,' the groups threw stones and Molotov cocktails at each other, hitting some parked cars in the process.
Some of the minors were handed over to the Manila Department of Social Welfare, while others were returned to their parents.

Although they're too young to face legal charges, there were corresponding fines and punishments on each minor offender.
The barangay officials also reminded the parents of the involved kids that them, as parents, could face corresponding punishment if the same offense will be made by their children.
