A traffic enforcer in Mandaue City, Cebu, punched a man who reportedly hit a woman waiting for a public utility vehicle.
The traffic enforcers claimed that the man punched the woman in the stomach.
While being arrested, the suspect resisted and ended up hitting the Team Leader of the enforcers in the face.
In response, one of the enforcers punched the suspect in the face.
