A vendor who run in a marathon ran after a rider who took her new cellphone.
Based on the report of GMA News, the victim, Genelyn Dayao was at her store when the rider came to buy an item.
When she turned around to get what the rider wanted, the latter immediately took the phone.
Instead of being afraid, Genelyn chased the rider.

"Pagtalikod kong bigla, doon niya na dinakot 'yung cellphone ko at tinakbo," said the victim.
All that she could think of was that she has not yet fully paid her cellphone.
"Nandu'n 'yung [isip] ko na, 'Huy hindi pa bayad 'yung cellphone ko, cellphone ko 'yun ah.'
In the latter's haste to get away, the rider bumped into another rider, causing the hone to fall, and it was then that she was able to retrieve it.
