The driver of the truck that plowed through more than 20 vehicles in Katipunan Avenue Thursday evening, which killed four people and injured more than 20, is now in the custody of the QCPD Traffic Sector 3.

The driver, in an interview with ABS-CBN showed the driver behind bars, crying and saying that he did not intend for things to happen.

Based on the report, the brakes of the vehicle broke, which caused the truck to head straight towards the cars.
