Eastman was abducted on October 17 in Sibuco town by four armed men, an incident that has since raised concerns.
His body was reportedly thrown into the ocean.
Despite the statements given by the witness and one of the suspects, the American vlogger's body is still missing, according to a live report by UNTV News and Rescue.
“Although we’ve had one witness and another witness corroborating what was said about Elliot Eastman’s death, we still aren’t able to find his body,” said Sawan.
