Two foreign nationals were arrested for pointing a gun while at Roxas Blvd. in Pasay City.

Authorities stated that the suspects appeared to be "messing around," an act police found highly alarming.

A concerned citizen witnessed the incident and promptly reported it to patrolling officers, according to GMA 7's 'Unang Balita.'
