A traffic enforcer in Dagupan City collapsed while directing traffic under the intense afternoon heat.
The incident occurred around 1 P.M., with his colleague witnessing him suddenly faint and fall to the ground.
Identified as Renato Salvador, 60 years old, he passed away shortly after.
In a report of GMA 7's State of the Nation, it was believed that the cause of death was related to high blood pressure.

According to Noemi Salvador, the man's sister, hypertension or having high blood pressure runs in their family.
