The body of 15-year-old Sean Clinton Pedroza, who was reported to be missing after swimming despite the bad weather, has been found.

According to GMA Regional TV's report, his body was recovered in the waters of Brgy. Punta Engaño.

He reportedly swam on Oct. 23, 2024 and the vessel that carried his body arrived at the Punta Engaño port on Oct. 25, 2024.

The father of the victim, Federico Pedroza, identified the body of Sean, through his body features, undergarment and haircut.

SFO2 Conarcani Ortiz from the Bureau of Fire Protection aid that they located the body within the proximity of a hotel.

Based on Frontline's report, the victim was with his girlfriend when the incident happened.

Meanwhile, some Naga City residents, in a video shared by GMA News, already need to go to houses with a third floor to escape floodwaters. In the video, one can see some residents of Brgy. Traingulo in Naga City going to their neighbors’ houses that have third floors. According to one resident, they helped some of their neighbors by inviting them to stay in the third floor of their house. Floodwaters brought about by Typhoon Kristine have submerged the second floor of some of the houses in Albay.
