A 28-year-old woman named Al-Mariel Calvario tragically died after falling from a motorcycle.

According to GMA News Online, the accident occurred in Barangay San Miguel, Calasiao, Pangasinan, when they hit a dog that suddenly ran across the street.

“Biglang tumawid ‘yung aso. Iniiwasan ko, pero sumalubong pa rin. Bumagsak po bigla ‘yung asawa ko,” said Karl.

Al-Mariel was riding at the back while her husband, Karl, was driving the motorcycle at the time of the accident.

While Karl only suffered minor injuries, Al-Mariel hit her head on the pavement. She was rushed to the hospital, but sadly, she passed away during treatment.

Right now, the police authorities are tracing down the owner of the dog. They also reminded the community to always put their dogs on leashes.

Caught by a CCTV, one among the three men shouted in the direction where they just passed by, then another man took out a gun and shot in the same direction. One man was shot on his side and was immediately rushed to a hospital for medical attention, while all three men were later traced and arrested for frustrated murder and illegal possession of firearm.
