A 13-year-old boy was fatally stabbed by a 14-year-old suspect.

Both were believed to be part of a gang known as CICL (Child in Conflict with the Law).

According to GMA Regional TV One Mindanao, the two teens had a previous altercation where the suspect attempted to stab the victim but failed.

Following that incident, the victim decided to leave the gang. However, in a later confrontation, the suspect succeeded in stabbing the victim, leading to his death.

In another report, 3 men were arrested by the police after a shooting incident in Caloocan City. The issue all started from an allegedly simple "psst" from the suspects while passing by a certain street in Barangay 187. Caught by a CCTV, one among the three men shouted in the direction where they just passed by, then another man took out a gun and shot in the same direction. One man was shot on his side and was immediately rushed to a hospital for medical attention, while all three men were later traced and arrested for frustrated murder and illegal possession of firearm.
