- The victim sustained injuries on his body and was immediately rushed to a hospital, unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and died

- CENPELCO's management has already created a fact-finding committee that will do a further investigation into the incident, according to them, there should be no electric power on the lines where preventive maintenance is scheduled to be done

Judyann Santos Rico, who posted a video of rescuers trying to help the lineman, said she heard a loud explosion outside.

In a report by GMA News, the victim suffered injuries and was rushed to the hospital, but sadly, he passed away.

CENPELCO's management has formed a fact-finding committee to investigate further, stating that there should have been no power on the lines where maintenance was being carried out.

They also promised to financially help the family's victim. The bereaved family hasn't released any statement yet nor entertained any interview invite about the incident.
