Lerms Lulu, a popular online seller, and her husband Arvin Lulu, were killed in a broad daylight ambush in Pampanga. Lerms Lulu, whose real name is Lerma Waje Lulu, is one of the top distributors of “Brilliant Skin,” a rising cosmetic brand.
The son of slain couple Lerms and Arvin Lulu is a godchild of the alleged mastermind, Anthony Limon. According to a report on 24 Oras of GMA News, the online seller couple would be "kumare" and "kumpare" of the mastermind. The police officer also said that there was an alleged P13 million loan made by the alleged mastermind from the couple. The alleged mastermind, along with six other suspects were arrested by police officers.
Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil shared a statement on Arvin and Lerms Lulu’s case. It can be recalled that the police arrested the suspects in the killing in two-day operations from Oct. 13 to 14. In a report by PNA, Marbil commended the Central Luzon Police for its swift action on the couple's murder. He also emphasized PNP's commitment to protecting the public and ensuring justice for all victims of violence.
