When Carmela Joy Lazaro and Kieth Hernandez were younger, they were reckless, and were not listening to their parents.

This led to them using illegal substances.

They were eventually caught and imprisoned. Kieth was put straight in jail while Carmela, since she was still a minor, was put under DSWD's care.

Kieth spent 1 year in jail, while Carmela spent 3 years in DSWD's custody.

After getting out, the two got back together and made a huge change in their way of living.

They landed their respective jobs, saved money, and started their own business. The couple then started selling frozen foods and all sorts of stuff.

Their business bloomed, and now, they are selling electronic vehicles, a food business, and condominium rental services.

The two are now self-made millionaires and enjoying the fruit of their labor.

In a previous report by KAMI, a gasoline boy was chopped in the face with a machete when a customer whom he called out got mad at him. The suspect allegedly asked for his motorcycle tank to be fully filled, however, he only paid ₱50. In a CCTV footage, the rider parked his motorcycle on one side of the gasoline station, took out a machete from his utility box, and swung it right in the face of the gasoline boy. Thankfully, the suspect was caught by a security guard, and the victim was quickly taken to the hospital and is now recovering from the wound.

In another viral news, a motorcycle rider died after being run over by a 10-wheeler truck in Manila. The rider reportedly swerved to avoid a tricycle that was in the wrong lane. The accident occurred on Mel Lopez Boulevard in Tondo around 9:30 PM. Authorities are still searching for the tricycle driver responsible for the counterflow.
