Two men tried to take away the COC of Engr. Vicente Genova, a mayoralty candidate in Himamaylan City.
In a video shared by the candidate, and re-shared by GMA News, a man who was wearing sunglasses suddenly grabbed the COC that he was holding.
The candidate tried to grab it, and it was fortunate enough that he was with some companions who tried to help him.
They were able to get the COC back, but the two were able to flee the scene.

Police are already investigating the incident.
None was hurt in the incident, which transpired within the Comelec compound.
