At around 10 p.m. on Sept 27, the victim was accosted by two men, who took his P3,600 and his cellphone.
Not contented, one of the suspects shot him on the head.
The victim was brought to the hospital, but was later declared dead.

In a follow-up operation by authorities, one of the suspects, Brian, was apprehended.
He was found with a .45 caliber pistol with three live bullets.
The cellphone of the victim was also found in his possession.
The suspect was 24 years old and a resident of Cebu City as well.
