Floodwaters in Bulacan have already reached horrific levels, since they have gone as high as the roofs of the houses.
One particular area was the community under the Marilao Bridge in Bulacan.

It also showed people on the road, with only their heads being able to stay on the water's surface, with waters reaching up to their necks.
