A dead baby, placed inside a plastic, was found in a pile of garbage in Brgy. Punturin, Valenzuela.

Based on the report of GMA News, a male person came by the pile of garbage right outside a convenience store.

As he was rummaging through the garbage, he opened a plastic and it was there that he found the baby.

It was already dead when he found it, and reported to the barangay officials.

According to the police, the fetus was already dead, and it is already with the SOCO so that they can determine the cause of death.

It was still a fetus since its umbilical cord was still attached to it.
