Six out of the seven persons who were initially reported missing in the Cebu flood, particularly in Carmen, were found dead by authorities.

The victims, Rhesamie Ypil Costan and Elmer Costan were newlyweds and the former was 7-months pregnant.

The bodies of the missing beauty queen and her boyfriend were found in a distant quarry in Capas, Tarlac. As per an earlier report by ABS-CBN, authorities were able to locate the initially suspected burial site after a witness came forward. After an investigation of the two corpses found in the site, it was confirmed that indeed they were the Pampanga beauty queen Geneva Lopez and her Israeli fiancé Yitzhak Cohen.
