- Two of the victims were husband and wife, and were newlyweds, with the woman being 7-month-old pregnant

Six out of the seven persons who were initially reported missing in the Cebu flood, particularly in Carmen, were found dead by authorities.

Brigada News FM Cebu enumerated the victims as follows, with their corresponding ages.

• Aishie Hermoso, 12-anyos, babae
• Arshane Bejoc, 11-anyos, babae
• Rhesamie Ypil Costan, 26-anyos, babae
• Elmer Costan, 25-anyos, lalaki
• Nathaniel Lozano, 12-anyos, lalaki
• Clarrise Ypil, 13-anyos, babae

Search and rescue for Mike Stanley Tungal, 15, is still ongoing, as per the latest update on the mayor's social media account.

Earlier reports have already been made on the missing persons.

The victims, Rhesamie Ypil Costan and Elmer Costan were newlyweds and the former was 7-months pregnant.

Another heartbreaking post was that of Dennis Pineda, governor of Pampanga, who was the first to confirm the deaths of missing beauty queen Geneva Lopez and her Israeli fiancé, Yitzhak Cohen. The bodies of the missing beauty queen and her boyfriend were found in a distant quarry in Capas, Tarlac. As per an earlier report by ABS-CBN, authorities were able to locate the initially suspected burial site after a witness came forward. After an investigation of the two corpses found in the site, it was confirmed that indeed they were the Pampanga beauty queen Geneva Lopez and her Israeli fiancé Yitzhak Cohen.
