Ogie Diaz took to Facebook and gave a warning to everyone about the "ketchup modus" where ketchup is splattered on the clothing of a commuter, which will be used to distract the victim.

In the post that the comedian reposted, a netizen recounted how he lost his iPhone after he was victimized by the ketchup modus.

The victim said that he was squeezed in by several individuals in the jeepney, and was distracted when someone told him about the ketchup.

As he was scrambling to wipe the ketchup, along with another individual believed to be an accomplice, he then realized that his phone was no longer there and the person sitting beside him who has a backpack was already gone.

"Dito na umeksena yung katabi ko sa right na may dalang malaking backpack sa harap niya. Pinapapunasan nila sakin yung ketchup, may katabi ako sa left na babae, estudyante, nakisuyo na ako na punasan niya (hindi naman siya mukhang kasabwat), after mapunasan, narealize ko agad na wala na yung cellphone ko pero di ko na namalayan na nakababa na yung katabi ko."

"Sa hirap ng buhay ngayon, yung pag-iingat na lang ang meron tayo. Sa mga gumagawa ng ganito, sana, kunin na kayo ng kalaban ni Lord," said Ogie.

Ogie Diaz is a comedian and a talent manager who once handled the careers of Vice Ganda and Liza Soberano. He is also among the most outspoken celebs as he will not mince words when he comments on something, whether it be in showbiz or politics.

Ogie Diaz took to his IG Stories and expressed his frustration over the fact that with so many things to pay only a few repay their debts. The comedian then said that these people were really good at the time that they would borrow money but would be worse than ghosts when payment needs to be given. He then asked if they need to wait for those who are borrowing to turn into ghosts. At the end of his post, he could not help but unleash some curses out of frustration.
