Filipino-American actress Liza Soberano makes her Hollywood debut in the horror-comedy film “Lisa Frankenstein,” starring American actors Kathryn Newton and Cole Sprouse.

During a behind-the-scenes interview in a YouTube video by Mayhem Mendes, Kathryn opened up about working with Liza in the movie.

According to Kathryn, she loves Liza, who she describes as the sweetest girl and a gift to the world — perfect for her role as Taffy. The Hollywood star also praised Liza’s acting skills and her work ethic.

“I love Liza. She is just a gift to the world, this girl. She's the sweetest girl I've ever met in my whole life.

“She's such a sweet human, and Taffy is really like a sideways human, kind of sweet, kind of terrible, you're not really sure, but there's nothing about Liza that's not perfect and sweet.
“She’s so professional. This girl cries on command, she is funny on command, and she's always perfect. So, working with her is so much fun,” Kathryn shared.

Liza Soberano is a Fil-Am actress, singer, endorser, and model. She has starred in various TV series and movies, which include 'Forevermore,' 'Dolce Amore,' and 'Bagani,' among others. The actress left her home talent center, ABS-CBN’s Star Magic, to pursue a career in Hollywood.

In a previous report, Liza’s first Hollywood movie “Lisa Frankenstein” starring Kathryn Newton and Cole Sprouse has a new teaser. The film’s social media pages dropped the 24-second teaser last January 20, Philippine time. The teaser shows some scenes of Kathryn as Lisa and the Filipino-American actress as Taffy. Netizens then flocked to the comments section to express excitement over the film’s release.

Earlier, Liza received a heartfelt birthday greeting from Enrique Gil. The actress celebrated her 26th birthday last January 4. On Instagram Stories, Enrique said he will always have Liza’s back no matter what. He also wished he was with Liza to celebrate her special day.
