Heart did not identify who those people are but netizens assumed that she was talking about her former glam team members, who she had a highly-publicized falling out with a year ago.

According to Heart, those people from her past took away her inner joy and peace, making her less bubbly and more concerned about behaving perfectly when interacting with others. She also lamented about those people making her feel like she is a toxic and bad person. Furthermore, Heart is stressed that she still has to see those people since they work in the same area.

However, the actress believes that there will come a time when she will be able to move on from that conflict.
