Actor and singer James Reid shared insights into his sources of happiness, in a report by ABS-CBN News.

He emphasized the importance of surrounding himself with good people and revealed that regular meditation has been a consistent practice in his life since 2017. Speaking about his contentment, he expressed gratitude for the new career opportunities that have arisen, turning challenges into pathways for personal and professional growth.

However, the standout mention in the interview was James crediting his girlfriend, Issa Pressman, as the primary source of his joy. Amidst online speculation sparked by social media activity, where the couple appeared to unfollow and follow each other on Instagram, James clarified that he is genuinely happy, with Issa being a significant contributor to that happiness.

"Just talking to people, people that you trust. Meditation is something that I do almost every day since like 2017. I’m very happy. Every challenge that’s come up so far has also opened up new opportunities. I’m very happy with how everything is unfolding. Issa Pressman. She’s the majority of that happiness," said James Reid during the interview.

In a report by GMA News, James denied the breakup rumor with Issa. He also gave his explanation on why they seemingly unfollowed then followed each other again on Instagram.

“That's not true. I was actually… do you ever have that thing where suddenly you're unfollowing someone? Then, she told me that if someone blocks you and unblocks you, you won't know. Automatically, you're unfollowing... I tried it.

“But then, afterwards, we forgot to follow back, so we stayed unfollowed. Then, my team was calling me, 'What happened? What happened?' I said, 'Why?' 'It's all over the news.' I'm like, 'What is?'”

“I wondered, how did they know that I went down one follower? I'm impressed at how the fans are really, you know, they stay updated with everything.

“Everything's been going on really well,” James said.

James Reid is a Filipino-Australian singer and songwriter. He is also an actor and a model. Right now, he is also starting to manage talents, one of whom is Liza Soberano. James and actress Nadine Lustre used to be a couple. They are known as the JaDine. However, they have gone their separate ways and are already happy on their own.
