Lolit Solis shared on social media that her friend Allan has been renting her condominium unit for seven years already.

However, Lolit heard that Allan seemed to have not taken care of the condo unit.

She learned about it because her other friend, Bernard Cloma, who is interested in buying the unit, said that the place was in poor condition when he checked it out.

Furthermore, Lolit said that she allowed Allan to pay her just P9,000 monthly even if the rent at the condominium building is usually P20,000 per month.

The showbiz reporter also expressed her hope that Allan would leave the condo unit so that Bernard will be able to buy the place already.

“Naku Salve, parang ayaw umalis ni Allan D sa Imperial Unit na ibinibenta ko kay Bernard Cloma. Kasi sabi ni Bernard pangit na daw ang unit dahil mukhang pang mahirap dahil nasira ilang closet at marble top, marumi at mukhang luma daw dahil hindi inalagaan ni Allan D na hindi yata maayos sa tirahan.

“Baka bagsak presyo na dahil nga mukhang luma na. Dapat talaga paayos ko bago ibenta, kaya request ko kay Allan D na tumira ng 7 years na ang renta ay 9K lang samantalang 20K ang paupa sa Imperial, lalo pa nga at fully furnished ang unit na iyon.

“Matagal din na naging parang so so lang ang renta kaya baka naman maging maayos na pag umalis na si Allan Diones. Hay naku, hirap talaga pag barkada system ang umiral, imagine, baba upa, at ngayon run down na ang unit. Kaya habang maaga, dapat umalis na si Allan para si Bernard Cloma na maging owner ng unit ko. Bongga di ba,” Lolit wrote.
