Jimuel, the eldest son of boxing icon Manny Pacquiao and Jinkee Pacquiao, shares a daughter named Clara with Carolina. Their upcoming wedding became a topic of discussion after several members of the family traveled to Los Angeles earlier this month.
Photos shared by Jinkee on social media showed relatives spending time together abroad, prompting netizens to wonder whether a special occasion was being celebrated.
The trip also turned into a meaningful reunion for the family. Mommy Dionisia Pacquiao, Jimuel's grandmother, reunited with him after five years and met her great-granddaughter Clara for the first time. Jinkee's twin sister Janet and several relatives were likewise present during the gathering.

As more photos circulated online, many speculated that Jimuel and Carolina were preparing for their wedding.
The rumors were later confirmed by Mommy Dionisia's boyfriend, Mike Yamson, and Jimuel's sister Queenie.
On June 11, Mike uploaded a Facebook Reel showing members of the Pacquiao family bonding together in Los Angeles. Manny, Jinkee, Mommy Dionisia and several companions were seen chatting while Jimuel played chess with his younger brother Israel.
Mike eventually revealed the reason behind the gathering through the caption, saying:
“Super family bonding sa LA para sa wedding ni Jimuel.”
Another post from Mike showed that the family had moved to Pechanga Resort Casino in California. Jinkee also shared a glimpse of the resort's famous tropical pool oasis through her Instagram story.
Former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Steve Jumalon, the husband of Janet Pacquiao, likewise shared that they were staying at the resort in preparation for the wedding festivities.
Further confirmation came from Queenie Pacquiao during an interview with sports journalist Dyan Castillejo.
“I’m genuinely very happy for him,” said Queenie.
“I’m glad to see that he’s starting a new chapter in his life.”
“I’m just like super happy for him,” she added.
Queenie admitted she expects to become emotional as she watches her brother begin a new chapter.
“I think I’ll be crying [because] I feel emotional when I see my brothers...like we’ll never be kids again,” she said.
She also revealed that she had already prepared her outfit and expressed excitement about finally meeting her niece Clara in person.
Most members of the Pacquiao family are already in the United States for the occasion. However, Michael Pacquiao remains in General Santos City, where he continues to help lead relief efforts as a city councilor following the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck Southern Mindanao on June 8.
