Actress Yen Santos is officially returning to acting through the upcoming iWant vertical drama series “Twist of Fate,” a steamy story centered on betrayal, revenge, and complicated relationships, ABS-CBN reported.

Set to premiere on May 30, the short-form drama is directed by Andoy Ranay and features a cast led by Yen alongside Rafael Rosell, Tony Labrusca, and Angelica Lao.

In the series, Yen portrays Ginny, a loyal wife trapped in a troubled and abusive marriage with her husband Sam, played by Rafael. Unknown to Ginny, Sam is secretly involved in an affair with his co-worker Clarissa, portrayed by Angelica.

As Ginny struggles with heartbreak and betrayal, she reconnects with her former lover Donny, played by Tony. The twist becomes even more complicated as Donny is revealed to be Clarissa’s husband. Their unexpected reunion reignites old emotions and eventually leads the characters into a dangerous path filled with passion and revenge.

The upcoming series is expected to deliver emotionally charged scenes, shocking revelations, and intense confrontations packed into bite-sized episodes designed for mobile viewers.

“Twist of Fate” is the latest addition to iWant’s expanding lineup of vertical dramas, which have recently gained strong online traction among viewers who prefer fast-paced and easily accessible content.

The platform previously found major success with “The Chambermaid’s Daughter,” starring Alexa Ilacad and Gelo Rivera. The series generated millions of views across ABS-CBN platforms and consistently ranked among iWant’s most-streamed titles.

Yen Santos is a Filipina actress and television personality. She first gained public attention after joining Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Clash and later became part of the Star Magic talent roster in 2010. Yen’s breakout role came through the ABS-CBN series Pure Love, where she portrayed Ysabel Espiritu — a performance that earned her widespread recognition in the entertainment industry. Since then, Yen has built an extensive career in television and film. She starred in the hit drama series Halik as Jacqueline Montefalco-Corpuz and also appeared in the films Northern Lights: A Journey to Love and A Faraway Land. In her personal life, Yen was previously in a relationship with her co-star Paolo Contis, but the two separated in 2024.

Meanwhile, in January, Yen Santos also attended a party with several fellow celebrities. Kira Balinger shared photos from the event on social media, particularly on Instagram. Ketchup Eusebio, Seth Fedelin, and several other artists were also present at the gathering. Based on Kira’s caption, the group appeared to have enjoyed their time together during the event.
