Wilbert Ross became emotional after learning that tickets for his first-ever solo concert sold out in just 15 minutes.

The singer shared a video of himself while crying, expressing his gratitude to fans who supported his upcoming show. The clip came from a Facebook reel, where he documented his raw reaction after receiving the news.

His concert, titled “WRten by Wilbert Ross,” will be held at the New Frontier Theater in Araneta City, Cubao, Quezon City on July 25, 2026. It also serves as a celebration of his 10th anniversary in the entertainment industry.

In the video, Wilbert admitted he did not expect the overwhelming response.

“Gusto ko lang i-video ang sarili ko kasi na-sold out yung concert ko ng 15 minutes,” he said.

He also opened up about the anxiety he felt leading up to the ticket release.

“Hindi ko ine-expect kasi grabe ang anxiety ko for the past weeks,” he shared, adding that he was unsure if he could fill the venue.

The singer revealed he had fears about disappointing the producers if the concert did not succeed. Despite feeling unwell due to a migraine, he said he was informed that all tickets were already sold out while he was at home.

“Hindi ko alam kung makakaya ko bang mapuno yung NFT for two thousand people,” he admitted.

As he continued speaking, Wilbert became more emotional while expressing his gratitude. He said he had been praying for the concert to sell out, even if it took several days.

“Sabi ko nga, ‘Lord, kahit ma-sold out lang ito kahit ilang araw. Basta ma-sold out lang siya,’” he said.

He also shared that he considered the concert a rare opportunity in his career. “Kasi alam ko baka hindi na ako magkaroon uli ng tsansa na mag-concert nang ganito,” he added.

The concert is produced by Viva Artists Agency and Viva Live, which later confirmed through a social media post that tickets were officially sold out.
