JM de Guzman is standing firm with his home network. Amidst recent reports regarding internal disputes and attacks on the company’s pension fund, the actor took to Instagram to share ABS-CBN's official side and offer his personal support.

The network’s statement clarifies that they have faced "continued PR attacks" but remain committed to meeting obligations to their employees and retirees. It also refutes claims of "preferential treatment" for certain individuals, explaining that many retirees actually deferred their own payments to ensure thousands of retrenched employees received their separation pay in full.
