“We're very thankful to Tita Cory (Vidanes), ABS-CBN, and JRB Group to be given this opportunity to work with Barbie,” he said.

He also admitted that nerves played a role as they began filming.

“Kasi nga, alam mo, to be honest, nervous pa kami pareho,” he added.

According to the actor, their scenes were only recently shot, adding to the unfamiliarity of their on-screen partnership.

“Yung mga eksena namin, parang recently pa lang kinukunan,” he said.

He noted that adjusting to working together has been a new experience, but they remain focused on delivering their best performances.

“But at the same time, we're just very thankful and we want to really showcase our talents here sa Blood Vs. Duty,” he shared.

Richard also gave a glimpse of what viewers can expect from their characters, hinting at developments as the story progresses. “

It's going to develop as the story goes along,” he said.

He emphasized that audiences should watch out for how their roles evolve in the long-running series.

“But that's something that we want the audience to really wait for and look forward to,” he added.

“The team did really good,” he said.
