Awra Briguela, isinugod ang sarili sa ospital: "I kept vomiting"

Awra Briguela gave her fans a bit of a scare after revealing she had a medical emergency. In a series of Instagram stories, she narrated the scary experience of having to bring herself to the hospital alone.

Awra shared that her morning started with intense pain. "Tinakbo ko sarili ko sa Emergency Room kasi nagising ako na sobrang sakit ng tiyan ko and I kept vomiting yellow bile," she explained.

She tried to endure the pain for a few hours, but by 10:00 AM, she knew she couldn't handle it anymore.

The situation became even more alarming when she reached the hospital. Awra admitted she felt extremely weak, saying, "Ramdam ko na parang mawawalan na ako ng malay."

Thankfully, her mother was able to locate her and followed her to the hospital to provide support.

According to her medical results, Awra suffered from Acute Gastroenteritis and dehydration. She traced the cause back to her recent lifestyle choices.

"Probably from not eating properly these past few days (puro black americano lang) and kulang sa water," she noted.

While she was almost confined due to the persistent pain, she is now out of the hospital and is resting.

"I’m okay now—just need to rest, fix my eating, and take my meds," she assured her followers.

Awra Briguela is a known Filipino actress, comedienne, and social media personality. She first rose to fame as a child star after gaining attention for her energetic and confident personality, which led to her breakout role in the primetime TV series FPJ's Ang Probinsyano. Awra became widely recognized for her expressive facial reactions and comedic timing in his various projects.
