Maine Mendoza just channeled her 'Yaya Dub' self in a recent episode of Eat Bulaga. During the show's Lenten Special awards, Maine found herself losing in the circle for the Cry Baby Acting Award, which didn't stop her from taking the spotlight.

Before her speech, Maine even staged a "walk-out" which had the rest of the hosts laughing hard, and at one point, even sang which just made the clip even viral.

"Salamat po sa parangal na hindi ko nakuha ngayon," Maine jokingly said to their audience who were all smiles.

Referring to her performance in the drama special Bahay Aruga, which recently went viral, Maine playfully told the audience that she "stole the scene."

At one point, Maine even jokingly apologized to Helen Gamboa, who participated in the drama special.

"Pasensya na po Tita Helen and Kuya Pao, pero ako po yung nagdala nung eksena. Sobra pong pinaguusapan siya, worldwide," she said.

Fans and netizens were quick to praise Maine's ability to laugh at herself. One commenter even wrote, "Grabe, laro si Maine, nakita ko na naman si Yaya Dub!"

Previously, Arjo was tagged by the Discayas as one of the officials who benefited from the contractors. However, the actor-politician has since denied all allegations, claiming he 'never dealt' with the Discayas.
