On Instagram, she posted a raw look at her 'HYROX' simulation training, showing her pushing through heavy sled pulls, rowing, and burpees.
"Akala ko noon, hindi ko na kaya... Akala ko hanggang doon na lang ako... na hanggang pangarap na lang 'to," Ai-Ai shared in her caption.
She confessed that there were moments when she felt her body was at its limit and she just wanted to stop.

Despite the exhaustion, the actress found a way to keep going. She said that a "small voice" inside her refused to give up, even when she felt she had no strength left.
"Sa bawat training, sa bawat pawis... pinili kong lumaban. At ngayon, nakatayo ako dito, hindi dahil madali... kundi dahil hindi ako sumuko," she added.
Her message of perseverance quickly went viral, touching the hearts of many who are also facing their own battles in life. In her post, Ai-Ai told her community to trust in themselves and to never give up in life too.
