After rushing her daughter, Harmony, to the hospital due to a head injury and severe vomiting, the actress gave her followers an honest look at her current state of mind.
In a recent Instagram update, Nadine shared a photo Harmony smiling brightly despite being in the hospital.
"To everyone who messaged me—my friends and even those I don't personally know—thank you so much for all your prayers," she began before apologizing for the late update.

According to Nadine, her "mama heart and body were just so tired from all the stress and worries" she went through earlier.
She described the experience as a major test of strength, noting how difficult it is to see your child in pain.
"I had panic attacks (syempre, lalo na pag anak mo talaga), but God is good all the time, she shared, reflecting the sentiment of every concerned parent.
Despite feeling "drained," Nadine made sure to reassure everyone that Harmony is recovering well.
"We just need to observe her for 24 hours, and I'm so, so thankful because she's doing okay now," she revealed.
As Harmony continues her recovery and waits for further observation, Nadine remains focused on being there for her little girl. Her raw post serves as a reminder of the silent battles parents fight when their children are in need.
