According to actress, Harmony fell and hit her head during school hours. The situation quickly became alarming as the child began showing other signs which made them worry further. Online, Nadine shared a photo of her daughter resting, showing visible marks on her face from the fall.

"She is now being confined and needs to undergo a CT scan," she wrote. The actress detailed the worrying symptoms her daughter is facing, including vomiting multiple times and feeling "very dizzy." She also mentioned in her post that, "And namumutla on the way to the hospital."

Understandably shaken by the incident, Nadine appealed to her friends, family, and followers for spiritual support.

"Please include Harmony in your prayers," she pleaded. Fans and fellow parents have quickly responded with messages of hope, wishing for a clear CT scan result and a speedy recovery for little Harmony.
